Where is my Remote Tax Expert located?
Our office is located in Cambridge Ontario. You will be matched with a Tax Expert who is an expert in your unique tax situation. That way, we can make sure that your taxes are prepared by someone who understands you and your specific needs.
How can I communicate with my Remote Tax Expert?
It's your choice. You can message your Tax Expert through our secure communication portal or schedule a call with your Tax Expert at a time that's convenient for you.
What’s included in my price?
Your price includes the complete preparation and filing of your tax return (provincial and federal).
When/how do I pay?
Once you’ve uploaded your documents and completed all the steps in your online account, a Tax Expert will be assigned to your case and will be in touch with you to quote you a price and complete payment.

Yes. We have a series of rigorous security protocols and checks to keep your information safe and secure no matter where, when, or how you complete your return.
